Sanguine

Sanguine one
you sing a dirge ,
gave way
to urge ,
you wipe the blood
from blade ,
& pale blue brow ,
from mop wet
bloodied head ,
And all around
the people howl
like animals .
Howl ye Howl ye now :
The king is dead .
His purple raiment
all stained
& soaked with red .

  1. I don’t write many responses, however i did some searching and wound up here Sanguine | PWChaltas.
And I actually do have 2 questions for you if it’s
allright. Could it be just me or does it look like some of these responses look as if they are left by brain dead visitors?
😛 And, if you are writing on additional places,
I would like to follow anything new you have to post. Could you list of the complete urls of your community sites
like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

    • Thank you for your appreciation . I will be publishing more at some point . I have 13 collections of poetry I have written that I’m thinking I will let loose . You can also see some of my work on twitter at #poetry #micropoetry #poem @pwchaltas.com and in Paper.li an online publication ..there is one more online publication ..the name escapes me for the moment but you can probably find it on line under pwchaltas . Glad you enjoyed the poetry Spread the link around if you have time to your friends and people you think may appreciate it Thanks again

  2. Fantastic blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a
little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform
like WordPress or go for a paid option? There
are so many choices out there that I’m totally confused ..
    Any ideas? Many thanks!
